Our favorite breakfast, you can stack high with maple syrup and piles of fresh fruit.

Mix can also be made into waffles. Simply heat and grease waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions and then add batter, cooking for about 3 minutes per Waffle.

Yields 8-12 three-to-four-inch pancakes
